Magazines
Magazine management has been my focus for over a decade, and I adore it. I’ve been the managing editor for over forty-five issues of various magazines, and it has never lost its appeal.
Link is BCIT’s student magazine. Produced eight times a year, I manage the production and staff and assist and train them in editing the content. I have managed twenty-four issues as of January, 2022.
APEX is the BCIT Student Association Entrepreneurship magazine. Produced annually by an internal team and student and alumni writers, I manage the production and I edit the content. We are working on our third issue.
WordWorks is the Federation of BC Writers informative and artistic literature magazine. I managed this publication for four years, producing sixteen publications.
text Magazine was a free literature and arts publication, available in print and digital form. I was the managing editor for all six issues, where we distributed nearly 10’000 copies.
Portal is an annual literature publication presented by the Vancouver Island University Creative Writing Department. I was the Poetry Editor for the 2012 issue.
